Fencing and obstacles: March 18 2026

Pain in my knee and my son still had homework to do, so two good reasons to go for some fencing instead of running today... Good to do some fencing, good to give the knee some rest, let's see how the rest of the preparation for the half marathon in less than a month of going to go... I will be pacing the 1h40 group (4'44"/km), so the best would be a long distance this weekend and one at this pace the weekend after that, just before leaving on holidays...
