What is there better to do on a bank holiday than go @cycling and test a new helmet?

I tried with low resistance and will level up a bit tomorrow if this is going well. The calf didn't priest during this ride. The knees are feeling better but tell me not to start running though...

Meanwhile the kids left to Burgos for their modern pentathlon championships.
