Indeed and for several reasons I'm alternating as well between running, cycling and swimming: Not to get boring, complement exercises, and be ready when an injury comes up that allows me to do 1 or 2 other disciplines... !HUG !BBH

Exactly. Most injuries at running are related with the impact (of the feet / legs on the street), this impact is small or inexistent at cycling and swimming !LUV !PIZZA

While you say that cycling or swimming are unlikely to cause injuries relative to running, the fact that someone would get injured while running would mean that they would have difficulties cycling or swimming while they are recovering from the injury from running. ๐Ÿค”๐Ÿคฏ๐Ÿค“๐Ÿ˜… !LUV !PIZZA

Not really: When I got an injury which is related with impact, that doesn't stop me from cycling or swimming. With a knee or ankle injury it could be even good to go swimming... !LOL !WEED

Even if you can't exercise (normally), you can still be in good health by eating nutritious food (in the right quantities and times) and having adequate (physical and mental) rest. ๐Ÿค“๐Ÿ˜ !LUV !PIZZA
