Mi informe de Actifit: junio 5 2025

Como pueden observar en mis fotografías, estuve recorriendo gran variedad de lugares muy lindos de la ciudad donde vivo, realizando un trayecto bastante extenso y cumpliendo de manera satisfactoria con mi actividad física diaria.
Cabe destacar, que el día de hoy vengo llegando de un viaje que tuve, estando de visita en la ciudad de San Juan de Colón, donde estuve 3 días allá compartiendo con mis amigos de entrenamiento y hoy volví de nuevo a mi hogar. Durando 1 hora de viaje y llegando en horas del mediodía, luego decidí realizar mi recorrido caminando por la ciudad y, asimismo, cumplir con mi día de descanso activo.
Esta gran actividad duró aproximadamente 4 horas, donde caminé casi 6 kilómetros y di más de 10 mil pasos, quemando más de 165 calorías. Saliendo desde la 1 p.m. y llegando a las 5 p.m. a mi casa.
En mis fotografías pueden apreciar que el clima estuvo bastante agradable, un sol radiante, pero no tan intenso, con un viento bastante refrescante y en general sentí que el día estuvo muy bien para realizar mi actividad física.
Me mantuve con gran actitud y a paso constante. Pasé por lugares muy lindos y pude observar esculturas increíbles. También pude fotografiar buenos ángulos durante mi caminata y al final estuve de visita a casa de una familiar.
Terminé esta actividad de la mejor manera comiendo un poco de frutas para recuperar energía y una cena saludable con cereales para dormir satisfecho y mi cuerpo se recupere de la mejor manera para mañana para retomar mis entrenamientos de calistenia. La disciplina deportiva y la buena actividad mantienen los cuerpos sanos.
As you can see in my photos, I visited a variety of beautiful places in the city where I live, covering a fairly long distance and successfully completing my daily physical activity.
It's worth noting that today I'm just returning from a trip to the city of San Juan de Colón, where I spent three days there sharing time with my training buddies. Today, I returned home. The trip lasted one hour and I arrived around noon. I then decided to take a walk around the city and also take my active rest day.
This great activity lasted approximately four hours, during which I walked almost 6 kilometers and took more than 10,000 steps, burning more than 165 calories. I left at 1 p.m. and arrived home at 5 p.m.
In my photos, you can see that the weather was quite pleasant, with a bright, but not intense, sun, and a refreshing breeze. Overall, I felt the day was very good for my physical activity.
I maintained a great attitude and kept a steady pace. I passed by some beautiful places and saw incredible sculptures. I was also able to photograph some good angles during my walk, and at the end, I visited a relative's house.
I finished this activity in the best possible way by eating some fruit to regain energy and a healthy cereal dinner to help me sleep well and for my body to recover in the best possible way for tomorrow to resume my calisthenics workouts. Sports discipline and good activity keep the body healthy.
