Como pueden observar en mis fotografías, estuve disfrutando de un tranquilo recorrido caminando por los alrededores de la zona donde vivo en la ciudad de San Cristóbal. El clima ha sido maravilloso, el sol radiante y un viento refrescante, ideal para salir a caminar, distraer la mente y activar el cuerpo de la mejor manera.
En horas de la mañana me desperté con una gran actitud, entonces me decidí por salir de mi hogar y cumplir con mi reporte de actividad física. Cabe destacar que en los últimos días el clima ha estado bastante lluvioso, pero hoy salió el sol muy bonito y fue el momento adecuado para tomar sol y calentar mi cuerpo.
Luego de desayunar y arreglarme de forma cómoda, salí de mi hogar con mi termo de agua, zapatos cómodos, un short, una franela corta y mi reloj para llevar el seguimiento de mis estatistas de mi actividad física.
Disfruté bastante mi recorrido caminando, duré aproximadamente 3 horas por fuera de mi hogar, donde caminé casi 5 kilómetros y medio, dando más de 9.000 pasos y quemando más de 150 calorías. Me gustó bastante salir en horas de la mañana, ya que el sol en estas horas es muy bueno, me llena de energía y me mantiene activo, además de que no es un sol sofocante, es un sol que genera una buena vibra para incentivar mi actividad física.
Llegué a mi hogar cerca del mediodía, pude descansar un poco y luego estuve realizando algunas tareas domésticas. Luego estuve ocupado preparando mi comida para recuperar energía y ganar el fortalecimiento para mis músculos y articulaciones ya entrenadas. Espero seguir disfrutando de actividades así y seguir pasándolo bien.
As you can see in my photos, I was enjoying a relaxing walk around the area where I live in the city of San Cristóbal. The weather was wonderful, with bright sunshine and a refreshing breeze, perfect for going for a walk, relaxing my mind, and activating my body in the best way possible.
This morning, I woke up feeling great, so I decided to leave my house and complete my physical activity report. It's worth noting that the weather has been quite rainy in recent days, but today the sun came out beautifully, and it was the perfect time to soak up the sun and warm up my body.
After breakfast and getting ready comfortably, I left home with my thermos of water, comfortable shoes, shorts, a T-shirt, and my watch to track my physical activity.
I thoroughly enjoyed my walk. It lasted approximately three hours outside my home, where I walked almost 5.5 kilometers, taking more than 9,000 steps and burning more than 150 calories. I really liked going out in the morning, as the sun during this time is very good, filling me with energy and keeping me active. Besides, it's not a sweltering sun; it generates a positive vibe that encourages my physical activity.
I arrived home around noon, was able to rest a bit, and then did some housework. Afterwards, I was busy preparing my lunch to regain energy and strengthen my already trained muscles and joints. I hope to continue enjoying activities like this and having a good time.
