Como pueden observar en mis fotografías, estuve de visita en esta ciudad y tuve la oportunidad de compartir con mis amigos Omar y Logan, realizando un entrenamiento de Calistenia en el parque de Street Workout "0 Gravity", que se encuentra ubicado en el sector de Los Ceibos, más conocido como "Los Bloques".
Cabe destacar que este entrenamiento lo estuvimos realizando aproximadamente a las 6 p.m. es decir, cuando ya estaba empezando a anochecer. Consideramos que en esta hora es bueno cumplir con los entrenamientos, ya que no está el sol intenso y podemos tener un mejor rendimiento con el cuerpo más acondicionado.
Además, antes de llegar a este lugar, estuve realizando un recorrido caminando o caminata, durante dos horas, donde pude realizar más de 7.000 pasos y quemando casi 130 calorías, teniendo un trayecto de poco más de 4.5 kilómetros. Qué me gustó mucho porque fue una excelente actividad física para llegar con mi cuerpo más activo y preparado para mi entrenamiento de calistenia.
Combinando estos dos tipos de actividades, siento que me fue muy bien, tuve un buen rendimiento y pude compartir con mis amigos momentos muy agradables. Me encantan los alrededores de este parque y el clima es muy fresco, mañana me iré a la ciudad donde vivo, pero me voy feliz por los buenos momentos que tuve aquí, esperando volver de visita pronto.
As you can see in my photos, I was visiting this city and had the opportunity to spend time with my friends Omar and Logan doing a calisthenics workout at the "0 Gravity" Street Workout park, located in the Los Ceibos neighborhood, better known as "Los Bloques."
It's worth noting that we did this workout at approximately 6 p.m., when it was already starting to get dark. We believe this is a good time to complete our workouts, as the sun is not intense and we can perform better with a more conditioned body.
Additionally, before arriving here, I hiked for two hours, taking over 7,000 steps and burning almost 130 calories, covering a distance of just over 4.5 kilometers. I really enjoyed it because it was an excellent physical activity to get my body more active and ready for my calisthenics workout.
Combining these two types of activities, I feel I did very well; I performed well and was able to share some very pleasant moments with my friends. I love the surroundings of this park, and the weather is very cool. Tomorrow I'll be heading back to my home city, but I'm happy for the good times I had here, and I hope to return for a visit soon.
