Como pueden observar en mis fotografías, el clima de hoy ha estado bastante soleado y dudé un poco para salir a cumplir con mi actividad física. Sin embargo, me comprometí a salir de mi hogar en horas de la tarde y realizar un pequeño recorrido por la zona donde vivo.
Esta zona llamada Barrancas hace parte de la ciudad donde vivo, la ciudad de San Cristóbal. En las calles se pueden encontrar varias partes elevadas que son difíciles de caminar y que cuando hace sol, al recorrer estas calles caminando, sucede que el cuerpo se descompensa un bastante.
A pesar de todo, como el sol estaba fuerte, llevaba puesta mi gorra y un suéter para no quemarme los brazos. De este modo me sentía bastante cansado por el sudor y demás, pero estuve decidido a cumplir con mi actividad deportiva.
Mi reloj inteligente marcó que hice más de 7.000 pasos, casi 3 kilómetros y casi 200 calorías. A pesar de que es una estadística aproximada, está bastante acertada porque fue un recorrido pequeño que duró al menos 2 o 3 horas y con el clima tan caluroso, pude quemar bastantes calorías.
Al finalizar y llegar a mi hogar, me sentí bastante bien por haber mantenido mi compromiso y disciplina con mi reporte de actividad física de la mejor manera.
As you can see in my photos, the weather today was quite sunny, and I was a bit hesitant to go out for my physical activity. However, I committed to leaving my home in the afternoon and taking a short walk around the area where I live.
This area called Barrancas is part of the city where I live, San Cristóbal. There are several elevated sections along the streets that are difficult to walk on, and when the sun is shining, walking these streets can cause a significant amount of discomfort.
Despite everything, since the sun was strong, I was wearing my hat and a sweater to avoid burning my arms. I felt pretty tired from sweating and other things, but I was determined to keep up with my workout.
My smartwatch showed me over 7,000 steps, almost 3 kilometers, and almost 200 calories. Although this is an approximate statistic, it's pretty accurate because it was a short run that lasted at least 2 or 3 hours, and with the weather being so hot, I was able to burn quite a few calories.
When I finished and got home, I felt pretty good about having kept my commitment and discipline to my fitness report in the best possible way.
