Como pueden observar en mis fotografías, mi reporte de hoy será mixto, combinando mi actividad física y deportiva durante horas de la mañana en la comodidad de mi hogar y luego, un poco de mi actividad física caminando, dirigiéndome a la universidad donde estudio.
Ya he mencionado en mis publicaciones anteriores que soy estudiante universitario de la carrera Administración, mención empresas y es común que los días que tengo clases, realizo extensas caminatas para llegar a la universidad y luego retomar a mi hogar, eso es algo que ya he compartido varias veces.
Pero, hoy quise combinar un poco y ejecuté mi rutina de entrenamiento de Calistenia por la mañana en la comodidad de mi hogar, haciendo uso de mi equipo de entrenamiento casero y realizando ejercicios enfocados al elemento estático "Front Lever".
Luego de realizar mi rutina de entrenamiento, me estuve arreglando para dirigirme a la universidad y así fue. Después de una jornada académica extensa, regresé a mi hogar exhausto, pero satisfecho de haber cumplido con un día lleno de tanta actividad física como hoy, eso es algo que me hace muy feliz, ya que mentalmente necesitaba probar algo así.
Durante la noche la lluvia me ayudó a dormir como un bebé y casi olvido observar mi reloj inteligente y pude apreciar que había dado más de 7.100 pasos, recorriendo más de 4.2 kilómetros y quemando 120 calorías, que seguramente han sido más calorías por mi entrenamiento de calistenia, pero son buenos datos para tener en cuenta.
As you can see in my photos, today's report will be a mixed bag, combining my physical activity and sports during the morning hours in the comfort of my home, followed by a bit of walking as I headed to the university where I study.
I've already mentioned in my previous posts that I'm a university student majoring in business administration, and it's common for me to take long walks to get to the university and then return home on my class days. I've shared this several times.
But today I wanted to mix it up a bit and did my morning calisthenics workout in the comfort of my home, using my home workout equipment and performing exercises focused on the static "Front Lever" element.
After completing my workout routine, I got ready to head to the university, and that's exactly what happened. After a long academic day, I returned home exhausted, but satisfied with having completed a day filled with as much physical activity as today. This makes me very happy, since mentally I needed to try something like this.
During the night, the rain helped me sleep like a baby, and I almost forgot to look at my smartwatch and noticed that I had taken more than 7,100 steps, covering more than 4.2 kilometers and burning 120 calories. This was probably more calories due to my calisthenics workout, but it's good data to keep in mind.
