Como pueden observar en mis fotografías, en horas de la mañana estuve en la comodidad de mi hogar cumpliendo con mi planificación de rutina de ejercicios de calistenia para ejecutar en la comodidad de mi hogar haciendo uso de mi equipo de entrenamiento casero. Entrenamiento enfocado en el fortalecimiento del elemento estático Front Lever, que es mi área dominante en esta disciplina deportiva.
Durante el desarrollo de la tarde, para descansar, distraerme y pasar un rato diferente, me decidí por cumplir con un buen recorrido caminando en una linda plaza que está ubicada cerca de donde vivo en la ciudad de San Cristóbal. Muy pocas veces vengo para acá, pero el clima ha sido muy agradable y me incentivé a pasar varias horas en este lugar.
También estuve caminando por los alrededores de donde vivo. Lo pasé muy bien en este lugar, ya que las personas que vienen son muy amigables y sus espacios son muy bien cuidados. De vez en cuando, salir y cambiar la rutina cotidiana beneficia la mente y descarga la tensión que acumula el cuerpo diariamente. Además, en mi caso, estos recorridos caminando me ayudan a tener una mejor recuperación física por los entrenamientos de alta intensidad que ejecuto diariamente.
Volví a mi hogar agradecido y satisfecho por haber tenido un buen día, con gran actividad física durante horas de la mañana y horas de la tarde. En mi reloj inteligente pude observar que di más de 7.300 pasos, recorriendo más de 4.4 kilómetros y quemando cerca de 130 calorías. De este modo, cerrando la semana de una manera excelente.
As you can see in my photos, this morning I was in the comfort of my home, following my planned calisthenics routine to perform in the comfort of my home using my home training equipment. The workout focused on strengthening the static Front Lever, which is my dominant area in this sport.
During the afternoon, to rest, unwind, and have a different kind of time, I decided to go for a nice walk in a beautiful plaza near where I live in the city of San Cristóbal. I rarely come here, but the weather has been very pleasant, and I was inspired to spend several hours here.
I also walked around the area near where I live. I had a great time here, as the people who come here are very friendly and the spaces are very well maintained. Every now and then, getting out and changing up your daily routine is beneficial for your mind and relieves the tension your body accumulates daily. Plus, in my case, these walks help me recover better physically from the high-intensity workouts I do daily.
I returned home grateful and satisfied for having had a good day, with plenty of physical activity during the morning and afternoon hours. On my smartwatch, I could see that I took more than 7,300 steps, covering more than 4.4 kilometers and burning nearly 130 calories. Thus, I closed out the week on a high note.
