Mi informe de Actifit: febrero 1 2026

Como pueden observar en mis fotografías, estuve en horas de la mañana saliendo de mi casa temprano para poder estar a tiempo en mis clases en la universidad donde estudio, la Universidad Nacional Experimental del Táchira "UNET", allí estuve toda la mañana presente y cumpliendo con mi horario académico. Luego de salir de allí, tuve mi recorrido caminando, para posteriormente retornar hacia mi hogar.
Cabe destacar que la distancia que hay entre la universidad y mi casa es muchísima, por eso me toca tomar 2 autobuses que me acercan a mi hogar. Entonces así fue; en mi retorno pude encontrarme en mi camino un desfile de autos clásicos y antiguos, vehículos llenos de historia que me llaman mucho la atención.
Al llegar a mi hogar, bastante agotado mentalmente y un poco físicamente, estuve comiendo e hidratándome para recuperar energías, también descansando un poco mientras la comida me hacía digestión. Al pasar un par de horas, ya estaba activo para realizar mi sesión de entrenamiento de ejercicios de calistenia enfocados en la plancha.
Tuve mi rutina de entrenamiento para el fortalecimiento del elemento estático "planche". Puedo decir que me fue un poco regular, pero igualmente destaco que últimamente he estado mejorando en esta área de fuerza, así que me siento satisfecho por haber tenido un día activo.
As you can see in my photos, I left home early this morning to be on time for my classes at the National Experimental University of Táchira (UNET), where I study. I was there all morning, keeping to my academic schedule. After leaving, I walked home.
It's worth noting that the distance between the university and my house is quite long, so I have to take two buses to get closer. On my way back, I came across a parade of classic and vintage cars, vehicles steeped in history that really catch my eye.
When I got home, quite exhausted mentally and a little physically, I ate and hydrated to regain my energy, also resting a bit while my food digested. After a couple of hours, I was ready for my calisthenics workout focused on the planche.
I did my training routine to strengthen the static "planche" hold. I'd say it was just okay, but I should also mention that I've been improving in this area of strength lately, so I'm satisfied with having an active day.
