Como pueden observar en el desarrollo de mi video, estuve realizando variedad de series con ejercicios que se enfocan en el Front Lever, tanto en la mejora de técnica, control, fuerza y resistencia de este movimiento.
Su ejecución no es tan compleja, es un movimiento que requiere fuerza de palanca y de jale para lograrlo, tomando en cuenta áreas como el core, antebrazos, dorsales, trapecio y lumbar.
Los ejercicios que puedo destacar de mi rutina de entrenamiento son: Intentos de Straddle Planche con agarre supino y Pull Up to Touch para la sesión de calentamiento. En el desarrollo de las series de entrenamiento realicé aguantes de Touch Wide con press, aguantes de Touch con agarre cerrado, repeticiones de Pull Ups de Front Lever, algunos aguantes One Arm, ejercicios combinados con ayuda de la banda elástica y demás tipos de ejercicios.
Este entrenamiento lo realicé como el comienzo de mi ciclo de control, donde priorizo la técnica, control y fuerza nata del movimiento, en este caso el Front Lever, también estoy haciendo lo mismo con la Planche, que próximamente les enseñaré.
Luego de este ciclo de control, empezaré con un ciclo de combos, ya que pronto se acerca una competencia importante y quiero dar una buena participación como siempre. Después del ciclo de combo empezaré nuevamente con volumen, luego control y por último combo para estar preparado. La disciplina siempre es la mejor manera de hacer posible nuestros objetivos.
As you can see in my video, I performed a variety of sets with exercises that focused on the Front Lever, improving technique, control, strength, and endurance.
Its execution isn't that complex; it's a movement that requires leverage and pulling strength to achieve it, taking into account areas such as the core, forearms, lats, trapezius, and lumbar muscles.
The exercises I can highlight from my training routine are: Straddle Planche attempts with a supinated grip and Pull Up to Touch for the warm-up session. During the training series, I performed Wide Touch Holds with a press, Close Grip Touch Holds, repetitions of Front Lever Pull-Ups, some One-Arm Holds, combination exercises with the help of the resistance band, and other types of exercises.
I did this workout as the beginning of my control cycle, where I prioritize technique, control, and natural strength of the movement, in this case the Front Lever. I'm also doing the same with the Planche, which I'll teach you soon.
After this control cycle, I'll start with a combo cycle, since an important competition is approaching soon and I want to perform well as always. After the combo cycle, I'll start again with volume, then control, and finally combo to be prepared. Discipline is always the best way to achieve our goals.
