Como pueden observar en el transcurso de mi video, empecé realizando aproximaciones de algunos movimientos, entre ellos: Intento de Straddle Planche con agarre supino y Pull Up to Touch de Front Lever. Posterior a eso, ya teniendo mi cuerpo (músculos y articulaciones) activo, empecé con los ejercicios de alta intensidad del Front Lever.
Entre los ejercicios que realicé, los más destacados son: Pull Up to Touch, aguante de Touch Wide, repeticiones de Pull Ups, repeticiones de Pull Ups más Touch y aguante de Touch más repeticiones de Pull Ups.
En los ejercicios de fortalecimiento con la ayuda de la banda elástica, incluí lo siguiente: repeticiones de Pull Ups Archer, repeticiones de Pull Ups Wide, aguante de Touch, Pull Up to Touch y repeticiones de Pull Ups con agarre cerrado.
Me siento feliz con mi rutina de entrenamiento, siento que ha sido muy beneficiosa y ya me siento contento porque he recuperado mi ritmo de entrenamiento. Próximamente, tendré una competencia Only Static y les estaré compartiendo mi preparación. La disciplina es la llave para alcanzar el éxito.
As you can see in my video, I started by performing approximations of some movements, including: a supinated grip Straddle Planche attempt and a Front Lever Pull-Up to Touch. After that, with my body (muscles and joints) active, I began with high-intensity Front Lever exercises.
Among the exercises I performed, the most notable were: Pull-Up to Touch, Wide Touch Hold, Pull-Up repetitions, Pull-Up repetitions plus Touch, and Touch Hold plus Pull-Up repetitions.
For the strength training exercises using the resistance band, I included the following: Archer pull-up repetitions, Wide pull-up repetitions, Touch hold, Pull-up to Touch, and Close-grip pull-up repetitions.
I'm happy with my training routine; I feel it's been very beneficial, and I'm already happy because I've gotten back into my training rhythm. I'll be competing in an Only Static competition soon, and I'll be sharing my preparation with you. Discipline is the key to success.
