Is Frank Lampard the rightful man for the Chelsea fc job

I have been meaning to ask this question for a very long period of time but base on some certain things I had to chill and make sure that I focus on what is really important. Some days back I came across some Chelsea fc fans and we discussed about the issues affecting the Chelsea fc team. I have sat down with the sole aim of observing what might be the issue with the Chelsea fc team and deep along the line I discovered that the issue with the Chelsea fc team is something that we needs to be properly examined. The issue with them is simply more than what we are seeing right now or what we might have seen before. Many of the Chelsea fc fans have lamented their frustration by letting me knows that the issue with their team is something else. It is more than what we can decode right away. Well, I am not new to all this. I remembered back then how after Sadio Mane departed the Liverpool fc team, many up till this day are saying that the issue with the Liverpool fc team is simply because we let Sadio Mane depart Anfield. The fact still stands that there is atom of truth in what they are saying but they should knows that a day will surely comes that he will depart the team, what I am trying to say is that the Liverpool fc team would always learn to deal without him. We have witnessed great individuals grace and depart Anfield, irrespective of all that, Anfield still continues evolving and progressing. Players will come and go and just like as I hinted above, the Liverpool fc team will always remain.

I have studied the Chelsea fc team and I saw that the issue with the team is not like they are not doing well, they need more time to blend, adapt and cope with each other. They have not yet understand themselves up to the standard and state that will push them into winning trophies or winning matches. I know one thing about fans, we are all not patient enough for appropriate result. We all want something that is fast undermining what might happen. All we wanted from our team is seeing them winning trophies upon trophies, that is what is important to us as most times we don't care about what is happening to the team. We just want to see positive end result. We all are happy that the Arsenal fc team are doing better right now, we have forgotten how they suffered last season and base on that they were the talk of the town negatively. People laughed at Arsenal fc fans and the team but despite that, all were overlooked as they were working on their team behind the scene.

The main question at hand is if Frank Lampard is the rightful man for the Chelsea fc coaching job. First of all he is an interim coach and for a very long period of time I knows that Frank Lampard will be coaching the Chelsea fc team some day. I would have preferred it happened in a period where every thing is in good custody and not this period. The fact still stand that wether interim coach or not, I don't think Frank Lampard should be the one on the front of the Chelsea fc job i.e the one leading the Chelsea fc team. Not that he is not a good coach but to me, he is not ripe yet to be the one pushing the Chelsea fc team to their promises land. He should not be trust with the job to do that because I simply knows that he will create more mess for the Chelsea fc team. The good thing right at this moment is knowing fully well that the English premier league season shall be ending soon. When that happens the Chelsea fc team will be able to go out and scout for good players and good manager also. I am hearing that the board of management might be considering Frank Lampard for the job finally. Well, if that is what they wanted there is nothing bad in it but I won't be in support of that. My reason is plain and simple. I knows that Frank Lampard is not fully rip for the job yet. He should go and gather more experience.
