Talking about the beast, Van Dijk

For very long time now I must admit that all my attention has been on my team, Liverpool fc. I am watching to see if we can be able too get back to our best form knowing fully well that from our record under Jurgen Klopp, this has shown to be one of the worst form for the Liverpool fc team so far. This to the Liverpool fc fans have been a surprising one for us and we are having headache over it. The headache is simply because we wanted the Liverpool fc team to be back to their best form which we have always known them to emulate. With how difficult the English premier league is we have to make sure that we fix the issue with the Liverpool fc team on time before things goes out of hand. Because of this issue you need to see how almost every day, you will see me talking about my team, Liverpool fc. What is even my problem is that with our good performance we are not getting the result. Assuming we are always performing badly I won't be angry, but our performance has been top notch which made me falls in bad state with the team.

We all see that from the beginning of the 2022/2023 English premier league title race or competition, I have really been feeling sad for Alisson Becker. We all knows how good he is. Just imagine one of the best player or rather still, one of the best keeper in the word conceding goals like he is not good. It is one painful thing. We all knows how solid this keeper is but this has been his worst form under Jurgen Klopp. If you see the way the players are playing especially the defenders you will see that it is written all over them that they are not serious or showing any sign of seriousness at all. The defence is just too poor and that has been one major thing getting me pissed up with the team. Just take a look at Joe Matip, Van Dijk, Trent Arnord, Joe Gomez and Robertson, they all needs to improve in all aspect. If they continues like this we will keep drinking goals. Jurgen Klopp should focus more attention towards the defence, we surely need more improvement.

To those who watched the Manchester city match, you all can see that the defence noticed big improvement. I just don't want to hype them, I want to see if they can emulate same fighting spirit when they takes on other team. We should not be carried away and happy that we are back in form just yet, we should chill and keep observing the team before we judge. Normally when two big teams are playing every body or rather still the both side will love to improve their performance in all ways. To me that is what you saw with the Liverpool fc team. One thing that I love again is that I saw that Joe Gomez has risen from injury and he has shown that he is a player that we can bank on. Just take a look at how he ended up pocketing Erling Haaland, I was very impress because the performance was top notch. If the defence carries such mentality, ability, fighting spirit and winning spirit to the next match I believe we will be on positive flying colours.

Speaking about Van Dijk or looking at his stat, I was blown away that ever since Van Dijk joined the Liverpool fc team do you knows that he has not lost any game at Anfield. This is magnificent and super natural. For the past five (5) years that he has been playing for the Liverpool fc team as a defender he has not lost any match at Anfield. We should give him accolade for that, it is not easy achieving such realm. I am really proud of him and I will be happy to see that he maintains such record till he departs the Liverpool fc team. I believe he had the ability, capacity and energy to do it, he will stand as the best central defender that the Liverpool fc team have gotten all over the years. I know it will be difficult to maintain such record but still yet I believe it is still easy to maintain such record. He just have to keep pushing and keep improving. With that everything will fall in place.
