Every time I finish my walking routine, I feel good hormones flooding my body from top to toe, literally.
This euphoric effect on my overall health is long lasting, builds up with time, and is also addictive.
Much better than any drug.
Today is Kyoto Protocol Day to remind us of the famous treaty for addressing greenhouse gases and climate change that was signed back in 2005.
More than two decades have passed since then.
Time goes so fast.
