Hello everyone at Hive. I hope your day is going great. I recently changed my training program. I also changed my shoulder training. I used to do more exercises. Now I only do 4 exercises, but with more sets. I do one for the middle shoulder, one for the front, one for the back and finally I finish with a Shoulder press behind the neck with a barbell or dumbbells. Thank you for viewing. Надявам се че денят ви върви страхотно.Напоследък смених трнировъчната програма.Смених и тренировката за рамо.Преди правех повече упражнения .Сега правя само 4 упражнения , но със по повече серии.Правя по едно уоражнение за средно рамо, едно за предно , едно за задно и накрая завършвам с Shoulder press зад врат с щанга или дъмбели.
