The shoulder is an important muscle group for everyone in the gym. I train my shoulders on a separate day, doing 7-8 separate exercises. In this video I will show two of the exercises from today's workout. The first is for the front of the shoulder and the second is for the middle. Train hard or go home 💪🏻
