After yesterday's video, I drop another exercise for the front shoulder. Military press / lifting the barbell in front of the head. It can be performed straight if the technique is well mastered.

These are good vides because we can see that you are a bigger dude and in good shape yet you aren't overloading the plates. I see this mistake very frequently in my gym and I don't know what the people are trying to prove. They almost always end up using improper form and consequently, they are also the loud grunters in the gym. For those people I say, enjoy your injuries!

It's the same here. There are a lot of people who put on so many pounds that they can't even do half the movement of the exercises. Many people make mistakes and think that very heavy equals great results.💪🏻😀

i personally saw a massive mistake made at a gym that i was previously a member of. The owner really wanted people to get involved in the strongman contest so they made the shoulder press on a machine one of the events. Next thing you know people were seriously overloading that machine with plate and screaming up a storm in the gym as they completed only half of the movement.

Many people don't understand how important form is... i'm glad that you do and your videos are great.
