Hey Actifit frens! Hope y’all had an excellent day out there. I got in a lot of steps today because I was chasing my children around the house all day while trying to clean up as well. Then I did a decent long uphill elliptical challenge. So I burned a good amount of calories today. On the way back down the scale weight wise. Cheers mateys!
