Hey Actifit frens! I had a very busy day today, but it was my first day with the boot off since tearing all the muscles in my foot. So I got into the gym and got a quick workout in on the bike mostly so I didn’t put a lot of pressure on my foot, but still got a lot of steps in. Hope you enjoy the daily meme.
