Hey Actifit Frens! Had a wonderful day today and knocked out over 10,000 steps on the day which is always the goal by taking my dog for a walk during my lunch break today and then after work today I did a 25 minute uphill elliptical challenge, getting a lot of steps in and getting good exercise in the process.
