My Actifit Report Card: November 24 2021
Yeah , made more than 10,000 activity count after so long. Usually my count is below than 5,000 and i was so lazy to upload my report .
I decided to change my habit and to make my last year resolutions come true before making another one next years which is to get fit. As long i remember this apps has been in this phone for so long and i never use it .
Today , i feel so lucky because its not raining at evening. I was stuck at home for 2 days because it heavily raining outside when i was planning to hit the park and do some jog .
I never feel so fresh after do my walk and jog. I ll do it again and hopefully i can increase my daily activity count and getting fit . Wish me luck and i wish you have a great day ahead today .
