toofasteddie just finished a 11.8km hike, that lasted for 395 minutes.
This hike helped toofasteddie burn 604.0 calories.

Description from Strava: Spectacular excursion on a circular route Reaching a maximum height of 1732 m and accumulating almost 500 m.
The whole family has done it, my son , my daughter, my wife, my niece and my dog Enzo and although there have been difficult sections, we have all overcome them without problems.
We have eaten at a height of 1600 m in a mountain refuge that had food service. It has been somewhat expensive but bringing things up so high has its price. I didn't mind paying for a fresh beer there.

It's good to test your fitness in high areas and hurdles, you're doing a great job.

Eating after a long hard journey and hike is better than drinking water. I once drank juice and a glass of water, my movement become slow when I arrived.
