toofasteddie just finished a 5.17km run, that lasted for 58 minutes.
This run helped toofasteddie burn 482.0 calories.

Description from Strava: First outing to run in a privileged environment at 1300m altitude and 22 degrees of temperature. I have used the app. from Wikilok to find a short but intense trail route to kick off the new running season.
I have improved the wikilok record in 5' although my ankles have suffered a lot since I have not run for more than a month and a half.
At an aerobic level I have felt better than expected, it seems that I have not lost much resistance although it is difficult to know considering that I have run along a path with a lot of unevenness and loose rock.
All in all, I'm happy to be able to run again!
