Well!
In the end I found time for another run along the riverbank, going with my faithful canine friend, Enzo.

It has been a spectacular day although with a lot of wind which has made me get the best out of myself going up the river that has recovered some flow due to the recent rains.

Halfway through, when I had been running for about 20', I stopped to do some push-ups, sit-ups and...also to get some air since my lungs were quite collapsed.

In the end it was almost 8km in about 44' including the "technical" stop for the push-ups, that is, it was not an excessively slow run for my current fitness.

The best of all is that I don't feel any muscle discomfort and the heart seems to "work" well...

I'm happy...I feel like I can get back to who I was quite easily if I maintain, in one way or another, some consistency in my training.

I leave you some photos of the activity.

Mas datos de la misma seran publicados mas trade en mi @strava2hive post.

Keep on running!

If you can maintain the consistency, it will really bring you to where you supposed to be
