Flying down the coast

Impressive day of wind and waves, quite a spectacle to go for a run today near the seashore.

As always, I started calmly although with effort due to the headwind but I soon realized that I was going to enjoy it since the tailwind would help me on my way back.
I got a manual progressive run, finishing the last two kilometers very very fast at 3'50"/km and at 3'54"/km correspondingly.

I've had phenomenal sensations to tell you the truth despite the wind and the little training I'm doing, it seems that I'm not too bad either!
Keep on running!

You really managed to ramp that up well. Maybe better to have the headwind when you were not going for full speed. I'm a long way from the sea, but I have run by it a fair few times on my travels.

Is progressive running - when you have the wind at your back - definitely easier and more fun? 👏👏👏

I would say, it's definitely easier and more fun. I don't know if there are people who enjoy running against the wind.... !LOLZ
