Monday's Run in the harbor

I don't know why but lately I've been sleeping very badly, especially on nights from Sunday to Monday. The truth is that it may be related to the tropical temperature that we have here in Barcelona again and it seems that summer does not want to go away...
Today I went out for a run at noon and at 26 degrees Celsius, so I preferred to run very smoothly and only press at the end, I hate when is so warm when I run, so I don't want to demand more effort from my body to cool down.
This time I visited the marina further north of the city, the "Forum" port.

From there, there are incredible views of the entire northeast coast of Barcelona and beyond, although the day has turned out a bit gray to be honest.

Everything has gone well, I have run the first 5 km at an average of 5'/km with the "wind at the tail". Going back and running with a slight slope in my favor but with the wind against me, I wanted to give my legs a little more joy so I did the last two kms at 4'35"/km, all under aerobic regime nonetheless...
