Today I had a shitty day, 3 meetings in total but... I had time to escape to the athletics track and do some activity... not many kilometers, I know, but I also wanted to step on the accelerator a bit and add some fast 200m intervals at a good pace, 45", 43" and 41"... that is, a total of 5km in 25' plus the intervals and corresponding recoveries and cool-down jog, a total of 7.3 km! in 44 minutes !!!!
The day has been quite hot and my heart rate has noticed it a lot but hey! I have been able to remove a little carbon from my old worn pipes !!!

Even when the weather is hot for such a long walk, the health deteriorates due to extreme heat.
