Short Run in progression

I just finished a 5.388km running that lasted about 0hh:25mm:6ss !

Better temperatures today but still cold, good enough for running. Again, there were nobody at the streets which is perfect.
I opted for a short run close to home around the park, running in a progressive manner from slow to fast.
Feelings were fine and I did a really good last km running below 4'/km but I did not want to force so much so I kept my Heart Frequency in the safe area all the time, below the Lactate threshold.
We have always to balance the loads on the trainings in order to avoid unexpected injures, this is the way for improving the sape in a safer manner.
Keep on running!

*When someone tells you that what you want to do is impossible, change the word in your head to hard. What you want to do is hard. Hard is doable – it just requires dedicated work and effort and you can make it happen.
