Sunrise Run

I just finished a 4.442km running that lasted about 0hh:27mm:4ss !

We left home even earlier today. The temperature and humidity this week are being killers so it is appreciated to do physical activities at this time.
In addition, it is a way to see scenes of the city with other types of lights, those provided by sunrise.
It is a pity that my smartphone is already a bit old and its camera and sensors are beginning to be seriously degraded, however, I have managed to make a panoramic view of my city from the hill that goes from west to east and it is possible to appreciate the sunrise on the right side, over the sea.
The run has gone well, although this time I have done it with Enzo, with what has been a "plus" of difficulty at times when the dog made me a little ballast depending on the "aroma" I was sniffing (LoL). A little short in length but I have included some Core work and some ladders down the middle.
Tomorrow more.
