I just finished a 6.234km running that lasted about 0hh:33mm:18ss !

Not bad at all to start the year, although I know they are not outstanding, I have managed to go running every day starting on Tuesday.
Even though my aerobic capacities are diminished, it feels good to go out for a run, even if it is only a few kilometers at a good pace, even more so with the good weather we have here, this morning we were at 6 degrees in my city.
Enzo is bigger and more muscular every day, he gets excited when it comes time to go out for a run, he knows that afterwards he has the reward of lunch. However, I am going to have to do some calculations to see how I can increase the volume of kilometers in the next few weeks. Time is at stake here and, frankly, I haven't got too much lately.
Tomorrow rest day, maybe I'll go for a run on Sunday, if the family allows it ...
