IT Solving Run

I just finished a 7.081km running that lasted about 0hh:38mm:31ss !

Many computer problems since yesterday afternoon until just a few hours ago.
The Chrome browser and other programms kept breaking without warning over and over again so I couldn't do my normal work as I wanted.
In the end I had to contact IT to solve the problem, but they have not done it, they have made it worse.
With which I had to reinstall all chrome again, deleting all the settings and others... you can imagine what I had to suffer putting credentials on all sides later...
However, yes, this is a running post, in one of the multiple program installations, I have left the laptop working to fulfill my objective task for the day... Going for a run with my dog.
It has been a gray day, with a light fog that clouded the polluted atmosphere of the city and reached the hill where we ran...while we ran, I thought about the possible solution to the problem of the laptop...sometimes it is good to change activity to find solutions.

So we have already fulfilled 3/4 parts of the objective proposed for this week, to go running a minimum of 30' three times this week.

On Sunday I will finish fulfilling it in the Long Run that I am planning.
