Yeah this is something you can't change really. Unless you start using stilts, conceal them under baggy pants, but then you would probably be that guy with the really long legs.
Best to just be grateful for what you got and like you said, take those selfies of your upper half only lol.

nah you can´t but to be honest I´ve never ever spent a second thinking about doing something stupid just to be taller. There is people getting their bones broken and put together just to be taller.
