UFC to Partner with VeChain Cryptocurrency

The UFC will be partnering with VeChain to keep track of their physical inventory, promote UFC online and to promote online content for UFC events. This is great news for the UFC and the cryptocurrency industry as well, as it is a great example of a real-world application for a leading cryptocurrency.
The primary applications supported by VeChain for UFC are inventory management and fighter standing management. The partnership is one that represents progress between two rapidly growing industries- cryptocurrency and blockchain and the UFC mixed martial arts (MMA) sport. This partnership represents $100 million in value. VeChain is notable for its ease of use and speed, and this will be a win-win situation for both the UFC and VeChain.
The UFC is no stranger to working and partnering with Crypto.com and has been paying standing bonuses to fighters in Bitcoin over the past year. In 2022, Khamzat Chimaev won $30,000 as the result of the bonus program. The UFC has publically announced that their partnership with Crypto.com is one of their best. Even as Crypto-Winter approaches, the underlying blockchain technology will continue to grow and support further investment and parternship.
As cryptocurrency matures, expect to see more partnerships with sports including the UFC. VeChain is designed to be a cryptocurrency project that works with companies, and most notably they worked with BMW to establish their reputation. VeChain can help manage supply chains, and this is being tweaked to help the UFC manage physical inventory and their fighter’s standings. This is a great for the rapidly growing UFC and cryptocurrency as a whole.
