My Actifit Report Card: December 28 2025
Successfully dragged my body to the gym for another session of detachment from pain. Especially the track work. Have no idea how fast I am moving, yet am able to keep going a little longer than prior. The goal is to be able to competitively walk 1500 meters, followed by 3000 meters, 5000 meters, one after the other at full speed with quick recovery.
