My Actifit Report Card: February 1 2026
Be great to emotionally partner with the body when going to the gym. Like today. Lifted most of the weights, did all of the regimen. Then went for a brisk tempo walk on the track. The little inner voice was silky smooth and edged with comedy with verbal antics to stop me from beginning, then conniving to get me to stop. I still managed to complete the 2 miles. Feel like a husk.
