My Actifit Report Card: March 15 2023

Time to down to my Actifit recap after missing yesterday due to some idiot (namely ME 🤣🤣🤣) forgetting to put on my Fitbit after recharging it overnight) so that all my walking yesterday added up to 0 steps. Oh well, at least everyone got out and enjoyed the day.

Today we went from sunny Arizona to wet and cold Arizona in the past of a couple of hours. Now we're getting soaked with constant rain with some thunderstorms thrown in. Fortunately we all were able to get out for a mile and a half walk this morning while it was still nice. Lulu was really moving along so for once I had to slow her fown so that my wife could keep up with us. Her doggy friend Casey was also out so I let her go off leash for a bit so they could play together for a bit.

Also nice to see the flowers beginning to pop with the rain but too bad my prospecting won't be good until the dirt dries out in a few weeks. Still happy to see the color and watch my little garden spring to life.

By the time I was ready to go out for my later and longer walk the clouds were coming in and the wind and colder air were making their way in.

It was my backroads loop so nothing too exciting except for having to push a faster pace to outrun (more like outwalk) the incoming showers. I even felt decent enough to do a few short jogs which didn't bother my knee so there's some progress.
Time to kick back and listen to the rain - hopefully it'll be better tomorrow.
