My Actifit Report Card: March 16 2023

It's beginning to feel like I'm back in New England with all of the rain and sleet the past couple of days but fortunately the skies cleared this afternoon for an enjoyable walk.

It was still wet for our 2 miles this morning but Lulu didn't mind at all and it was good to move along quickly. It was nice to chat with our walking friends as well.
No car so I just cleaned up around the yard before heading out to go up and down the hills around the Sierry Peaks neighborhood. Beautiful sky with big puffy clouds to brighten things up for me after the dreary days.


I had hoped to try a bit of jogging but my knees were just a bit too sore to try so I plugged away the best I could.
Ended up with just around 5 miles so that's OK but want better
