Back in AZ - My Actifit Report Card: October 13 2025
We're finally settled back in Arizona for the winter up in Cottonwood which is a few miles from the beautiful Sedona red rock country and it felt good to get out for a run after a week in the rv.
It rained much of the night but the morning was clear and mild for Lulu and I to walk around the neighborhood. Beautiful views of the surrounding mountains and a beautiful blue sky and we both were happy to be out exercising again.
My legs felt great despite the days of driving although my route was along very busy streets so I had to watch the traffic a lot.
A few drops of rain fell a few times but otherwise it was a great day for my run and hopefully I'll keep it up - still unsure if I'll be ready for the Fat Ox 24 hour in a month but we'll just have to see how it goes.
Off to Prescott tomorrow to see what's happening and hopefully go for a walk around Lynx Lake again.
