SPORTS Token: Can a User Create Utility for Hive-engine Token without the Token's Founder?

Sports is a sector of our economy that cannot be ignored. Aside from being key to personal fitness, sports is a unifier across the nations of the world, demystifying racial and cultural delineations.

The Sports sector is one of the leading sectors in the world economy in terms of investment and market cap. On a daily basis, new sports niches emerge and technology is also enhancing sports on a daily basis.

On Hive blockchain, there is a lot of potential for the sports sector and the sector can also improve the lots of Hive as a blockchain and as a token. Imagine having a lead soccer star like Messi or Christiano Ronaldo on Hive!!

The Sports Talk Social community was one of the most robust communities on Hive. Its token $SPORTS also had great potential until development in the community went down the spiral. The community founder is no longer active but it is surprising to see that the $SPORTS token market is still alive and robust.

many people suggested creating a new token for Sports but none can be as generic and catchy as the "SPORTS" Token. I still see a lot of prospects for this token. This is why I'm asking the question:
