Feliz día a toda la comunidad de #swc, en la aventura de hoy realizaremos una rutina de ejercicios para tener unas pantorrillas de hierro . Esta rutina tiene como finalidad marcar , tonificar, dar firmeza y fortalecer nuestras pantorrillas. Estos sencillos ejercicios son muy importante ya que nos ayuda a tener una mejor postura , además, fortalece nuestras piernas y así poder evitar futuras caídas.

En posición bipédica
- Piernas a lo ancho de la cadera
- Espalda recta
- Elevamos gemelos con punta de los pies hacia afuera
- Realizamos series de diez repeticiones
In bipedal position
- Legs hip-width apart
- Back straight
- We elevate calves with toes outward
- We perform series of ten repetitions.

- Piernas a lo ancho de la cadera
- Espalda recta
- Elevamos gemelos con punta de los pies hacia el frente
- Realizamos series de diez repeticiones

Hola estiamdo @virgilio07 excelente rutina que nos ayudará a mantener nuestras pantorrillas bien definidas y algo muy importante es que no necesitamos de equipo sino nuestro peso corporal.
Bendiciones!! esa rutina es muy importante para fortalecer los músculos y así tener piernas fuertes y de impacto, además, nos ayudaría a tener más resistencia a la hora de caminar ya que nuestros músculos estarán firmes.
Sólo fracasa el que deja de luchar por la belleza de sus sueños. @virgilio07
Excelente rutina amigo muy sencilla pero seguro dará buenos resultados , me animaré a realizar estos ejercicios. Saludos.
