Hello everyone,

I was intending to ride a bike yesterday, but because it was raining, I gave up on the idea. I declared Saturday as weight lifting day!

Even though it was Saturday, I was busy at work. Since the field of my workplace is wide, I did a little walking. This is the most important step to get rid of stress.

When I got home, everything was fine for my weight training and I immediately started preparations.

I hadn't been under the weight for a long time and it was a bit of a challenge for me. Still, I didn't give up and lifted weights for 45 minutes.

Afterwards, after a nice shower and a light meal, I continued to be active. Evening walk after dinner keeps me fit.

It's sunday and I'm resting at home. I will do housework and continue to be active while resting.

Herkese merhaba,

Dün bisiklet sürme niyetindeydim ama hava yağmurlu olduğundan bu fikirden vazgeçtim. Cumartesi gününü ağırlık kaldırma günü ilan ettim!

Cumartesi olmasına rağmen iş yerinde yoğun bir şekilde çalıştım. İş yerimin sahası geniş olduğundan biraz yürüyüş yaptım. Bu stresten kurtulmanın en önemli adımıdır.

Eve geldiğimde ağırlık çalışmam içşn her şey yolundaydı ve hemen hazırlıklara başladım.

Uzun zamandır ağırlık altına girmemiştim ve bu beni biraz zorladı. Yine de pes etmedim ve 45 dakika ağırlık kaldırdım.

Sonrasında güzel bir duş ve hafif bir yemekten sonra aktif olmaya devam ettim. Yemekten sonra akşam yürüyüşü zinde kalmamı sağlıyor.

Bugün pazar ve evde dinleniyorum. Ev işleri ile uğraşacağım ve dinlenirken aktif olmaya da devam edeceğim.
