Mi entrenamiento del fin de semana "Hive Run"

Hola amigos deportistas,se les saluda con cariño deseandoles bendiciones, Hoy es Sábado de hiverun, pues el grupo de Sucre-Cumaná, nuevamente se activo en el Parque Guaqueri de la cuidad, en la noche acordamos las hiveamigas @yeceniacarolina y @antoniaruhiz, para encontrarnos a las 8.00 Am. Los demás integrantes tenian otra ocupaciones.
Ellas llegaron un poco antes y comenzaron con su caminata muy rápida, al llegar me integré y ya llevaban 1 kilómetro. Luego de hacer mis estiramientos habituales comencé una caminata rápida fui al ritmo de estas dos amigas veteranas je je je, aunque prefiero caminar de tarde porque siento que rindo mucho más, lleve mi ritmo y me cansé algo, pude alcanzar 3.56 K
Luego hicimos máquinas y mis dos hiveamigas hicieron un trote suave, mientras estaba en las máquinas, fue un día genial estar acompañada por estas amigas y estar en la misma sintonia nuestro Bienstar Físico.

Then we did machines and my two hiveamigas did a gentle jog, while I was on the machines, it was a great day to be accompanied by these friends and be in the same tune our Bienstar Fisico.

Que bueno que estén tan disciplinadas no cabe duda que es una de las claves del éxito .
