Began the month of my birth with a Bang⚡. The month of completeness and perfection (7th month).
I love the start of the new month, most especially my birth month, the month of July. It just gives me the feel that a new slate has been created for me to begin anew in being my uniquely awesome self.
These are the cool-down stretches I carry on when I am done working out or on days that my body feels sore from the previous day’s workout.
I had a filling day of planning for the new month hence, looking forward to a splendid month of July.
