EXERCISE

Hello, Hivers , I trust we all doing well just a quick reminder whatever it is you're going through don't worry it is just a matter of time before all will be well. Anyway you know some people don't take exercise seriously and that's not cool at all. I do work every morning either in my bedroom or at the gym depending on my mood but I'm going to tell you how I do my routine and the benefits so let's jump right in 😊 .

After I'm done with my meditation I usually head out to the gym and do some exercise to keep fit and off cos keep the muscles firm you know. When I get to the gym I usually run around for like 10min or 15min just to free my bones, loosen my flesh, and the stiffness then I begin to work out properly.

Taking my pushing up first, doing 30 pushups for 8 rounds wow that's plenty oh, and exhausting lol but I always try to finish up no matter how lazy I can be sometimes it helps to build my chest and my hand, and my back as well.

Then I take a deep breath to rest for like 5 min or 10min I usually dance to or just join dem doing aerobics. I move to the dumbbell and there are different programs with the dumbbell and you can run them all at the same time so I usually take different programs every day you know.

Today I did the standing dumbbell press and the dumbbell bench press for my muscles and my chest and back too I did not count I was just rolling and doing my exercise which was for like 30mins and I took a break.

Furthermore, I went into doing my sit-up and squat then ended up running on the treadmill while of cos dancing too I don't know I just enjoy doing it like that.

THE BENEFIT OF EXERCISING

It helps to build and strengthen your bones and muscles
It helps reduce the risk of diseases
It makes you sharp like your brain is active and memory
It helps in weight loss
It makes you active and vibrant like on a daily
It helps your heart and lowers high blood pressure
It helps you get good sleep
It helps in blood flow in the body
It helps also with sex
It gives you energy
It helps also in food digestion
It helps your skin health and of cos makes you look good like really good.

Whenever I am done with my exercise I usually prepare a fruit salad and eat then rest and get myself ready for the day's activities. So if you're not exercising I will advise you to start today no matter how small just work out and keep up with it and believe you will enjoy it.
