My Actifit Report Card: April 27 2025. Running Sunday.

The day was good enough to go for a run and that's what I did. Autumn gives us wonderful days. Somewhat cool but with sunshine that invites you to go out and enjoy nature.

El día acompañaba como para salir a correr y eso fue lo que hice. El otoño nos entrega días maravillosos. Un tanto fresco pero con soles que invitan a salir y disfrutar de la naturaleza.

I have a very busy week and that's why today it was almost mandatory that I had to go for a run. Tomorrow I start double shift work and that takes a lot of time.
I hope you enjoyed your weekend.

Tengo una semana muy atareada y es por eso que hoy era casi obligatorio que debía salir a correr. Mañana arranco tareas laborales de doble turno y eso me lleva mucho tiempo.

Espero hayan disfrutado su fin de semana.
