My Actifit Report Card: June 3 2025.Chaotic day.

A super stressful day. Trains overcrowded due to lack of services and demonstrations. The same with the buses in the federal capital, which generates an incredible chaos in public transportation. Added to the daily hustle and bustle we also depend on transportation to send our samples. A perfect combo to get stressed.

Un día súper estresante. Trenes llenísimos por falta de servicios y manifestaciones. Lo mismo con los colectivos en capital federal, lo que genera un caos increíble en el transporte público. Sumados al trajín cotidiano que dependemos también del transporte para enviar nuestras muestras. Un combo perfecto para estresarse.

Luckily I am already at home enjoying some delicious mates and something sweet to mitigate the day. I walked a lot during the day and I don't know if I feel like doing an exercise routine today. I still consider it a very positive day.

Por suerte ya estoy en casa disfrutando de unos ricos mates y algo dulce para mitigar el día. Caminé mucho durante el día y no sé si tengo ganas de realizar una rutina de ejercicio el día de hoy. De igual manera considero un día muy positivo.
