My Actifit Report Card: September 25 2019 运动第五天

最近持续运动中，用了keep 好久了，每次坚持了几天就没有运动，这次已经坚持了5天，哈哈！用了里面的课程，感觉很不错，会按照运动的持续天数，更改课程的难度。我运动了5天后，今天觉得轻松了很多，不知道为什么今天的课程只有18分钟，于是我加多了一个另外课程的内容，一共运动了54分钟。感觉真不错。

这次需要坚持3个月，每周有2天休息日，大家监督我吧😄
