달밤에 마라톤 7km : August 18 2019

아내님이 일 때문에 많이 바빠서 주말 내내 아이들과 신나게 놀았다. 오전에 집에서 멀지않은 추령산자연휴양림에 들러 계곡으로 숲속으로 돌아다녔더니 아이들이 낮잠을 잘 자주었다. 저녁으로 호박 볶음밥을 해줬는데 첫째가 다 먹고난 후 더 달라고 해서 기분이 좋았다. 아내님이 주말동안 고생했다며 아이들을 재울테니 뛰고 오라고 했다. 주말동안 즐겁게 지내서 그런지, 내일 출근 걱정이 없어서 그런지 몸이 가뿐하다. 어제 6km를 달려서 조금만 달리려고 했는데 달리다보니 7km가 되었다. 부지런히 운동해서 아이들과 놀아줄 체력을 비축해야겠다.
오늘 하루도 즐겁게 보낼 수 있어 감사합니다. 사랑합니다. 축복합니다~^^
