달밤에 마라톤 8km : August 24 2019

오늘 아침부터 아이들과 열심히 놀았더니 초저녁에 잠들어 주었다. 나도 잠깐 졸았다 깨었는데 한참을 정신이 몽롱해 있었다. 책도 눈에 안들어오고 스팀잇도 흥미가 떨어지고... 정신을 차릴 겸 밖으로 나와서 달렸다. 요즘 날이 선선해서 달리기 참 좋은 날씨다. 한참을 달리다보니 벌써 8km 달렸다는 메시지가 떴다. 조금 더 달릴까 하다가 내일 또 아이들과 놀아줄 체력을 남겨두기 위해 멈춰섰다. 속도는 느리지만 다음주 중으로 10km를 넘게 달릴 수 있을 것 같다. 부지런히 달려서 체력관리를 해야겠다. 굿 밤~~^^
